I recently transitioned into my current managerial role and am excited to apply both my sales and hospitality experience in creating an enjoyable and stress-free purchasing process for each customer. When I'm away from the dealership, my hobbies include traveling, Cleveland Browns games, and spending quality time with my wife and our son.     Hello, my name is Peter Brown,  Prodigy Director for Infiniti of Easton. New to the auto industry, I have been in customer service my entire life.  From running golf courses to retail, I find that no matter the industry you find yourself in people want to be treated like family.  I want my customers to feel like their friend is helping them make the best decision for them. 

    Born in Phoenix Arizona and raised in Traverse City, Michigan I attended High School at Traverse City West and Michigan State University. Moving to Columbus in May of 2013, I came to Columbus to work closely with Zach and help him reach his goal of providing the best experience possible when it comes to buying an Infiniti.

    Away from the dealership I enjoy playing golf and hockey. Being new to the area, I'll have lots of new golf courses to venture out to.

    Hello, I am Pam Santavicca Finance Manager for Germain Infiniti of Easton. I have been in the automotive business since 1985. I enjoy being a finance Manager helping customer's buy or lease either a new or a pre-owned vehicle.  A lot of people feel buying a vehicle is very stressful and I like to let them know we are here to help them and make them feel at ease.  I really enjoy having one on ones with my customers. 

    I reside in Granville, Ohio and have two grown children, a Son and a Daughter. I also have a black and tan Doberman named Rolo. When I am away from the dealership, I like to cook. I love to bake and feed the neighborhood.

    Hi, my name is Megan Piper Product Prodigy for Infiniti of Easton. With a background in catering and having certified Barista training; the auto industry is quite different.  However; if you believe in your product and present it honestly, ethically and to the best of your abilities your customers will appreciate you and be drawn to return. My previous experience allows me to bring experience from customer interaction, superior customer service to leading colleagues by setting positive examples.

    Born and raised in Toronto, OH I attended Kent State receiving my B.A. in art history.  In 2010 I moved to Columbus and have a greyhound rescue that I enjoy bringing into the dealership occassionaly.  When I am away from the dealership I enjoy spending time with my husband Andy along with sketching, writing, reading, cooking and dancing.

    Hi, my name is Kyle Zeid; Product Prodigy for Germain Infiniti of Easton. I joined the Germain team in September of 2013 coming from a background in loss prevention. I believe quality customer service is going above and beyond what the customer expects and supporting their entire buying process.
    Born and raised in Dublin, Ohio; I attended Dublin Coffman High School and graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Sociology and Criminology. My wife Amanda and I have been married for two years. When I'm away from the dealership I teach Royal Rangers, a church based program similar to Boy Scouts. I am also a youth leader and play bass guitar in the church worship band.

    Hello, I'm Chris Kavalieros Service Manager here at Infiniti of Easton. I began my career in the automotive industry in 2004 moving to my current position with Germain in 2014. Throughout my career I have experienced different positions within the dealership which allows me to have an even greater understanding of our clients. I graduated from Westerville South High School and continued my education at Columbus State with a degree in Automotive Technology. Since Columbus State I am continually staying updated with numerous technical training's with ASE and manufacturers. 

    In 2013 I married my beautiful wife and enjoy doing anything outdoors with her and our dog Tucker.

Born and raised in Columbus, OH I graduated from New Albany High School in 2007. I enjoy spending time with friends and family along with watching and playing sports.
