At INFINITI of Easton we are committed to our customers, especially now when having everything right at your fingertips makes life so much easier and simpler. With the new Germain INFINITI of Easton app, finding the right INFINITI or taking care of the one we found for you is right there on your phone. The new free app works on Apple and Android devices. For Apple devices the app requires iOS 7.1 or later and is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. For Android devices the app requires Android 3.0 and up. The Germain INFINITI of Easton app has six easy to use features including Schedule Service Apt., Contact Us, My Garage, Browse Inventory, Roadside Assistance, and Social Media reviews.

Schedule Service Apt. :

Whether you are set up on the app with a profile or you're a new customer, with this feature it is easy to set up an appointment with our service department. If you are a new customer you simply have to verify your car model and the mileage. If you have a profile on the app simply log on and verify your phone number. After setting up your car all you have to do is choose what you need done on your car, schedule your appointment time and pick your consultant.

Contact Us:

In the Contact Us feature you are one touch away from getting help from any part of our dealership. You can call or email the Parts, Service, or Sales departments or, if you prefer, you can contact a service advisor, a product prodigy, a manager or a director. To personalize the app for your needs you have the option of adding any one of those contacts to your My Garage profile.

My Garage:

The My Garage feature is your personal profile for the Germain INFINITI of Easton app. It makes it easier for you to set up a service appointment for your vehicle or keep in contact with your favorite consultant at the dealership. On the first page of the profile simply enter your name, email, birthday, phone number, and zip code, and choose whether you want set up with text messages about service reminders, recall information and other dealership news. On the second page under My Vehicle all you need to do is allow the app to scan the VIN number on your car or enter it yourself and your car information will be saved in your profile. Also under My Profile you can upload pictures of yourself and your car to make it more personal for you.

Browse Inventory:

In this feature it is quick and easy to browse through a list of our new, certified pre-owned and pre-owned vehicles at the dealership. You can also send a prewritten email to the dealership if you are interested in a particular model with one click of the envelope button at the top of the screen.

Roadside Assistance:

If you are out and about in your car and in need of roadside assistance, touch this feature on the navigation and help is a phone call away.

Social Media/Reviews:

In the Social Media/Reviews feature you can browse reviews on Google+, Facebook, Yelp, Cars.com, and Dealer Rater as well as leave reviews on these sites if you are set up with an account through them. On Google+ and Facebook you can also see our posts and pictures from these accounts.
