INFINITI Q60 - Vincentric Best Value in America Award - Luxury Coupe
Each year, the team of experts at Vincentric conducts their Best Value in America Awards. These awards identify which vehicles currently available on the market have lower than expected ownership costs based on their individual market segment and initial purchase price. Cost of ownership is determined by factoring in the costs associated with maintenance, repairs, insurance, depreciation, finance, fuel, taxes, and state fees along with opportunity cost.
For 2021, the INFINITI Q60 took home the Best Value in America Award for the Luxury Coupe segment. "There’s a broad range of factors that affect a vehicle’s cost of ownership,” said Vincentric President, David Wurster. “The INFINITI Q60 came out on top for a luxury coupe based on all costs incurred by owning and operating the vehicle.”
“Winning the Vincentric 2021 Best Value in America Award emphasizes the outstanding performance of the 2021 Q60,” said Jeff Pope, Group Vice President of INFINITI Americas. “The commitment our engineers have to consistently creating quality luxury vehicles is a constant source of pride.”

Another universally appreciated component of any new vehicle purchase is low cost of ownership. In an effort to help consumers make more informed new-car buying decisions, the team at Kelley Blue Book conducts their annual 5-Year Cost to Own Awards. Their analysts calculate factors such as predicted resale values, insurance and state fees, and estimated costs for fuel when determining the recipients of the awards.
In yet another commanding victory, the INFINITI QX80 took home the Kelley Blue Book 5-Year Cost to Own Award in the full-size luxury SUV category. "We are honored to have been awarded the 2020 Kelley Blue Book 5-Year Cost to Own Award for the QX80," said Jeff Pope, Group Vice President of INFINITI Americas. "While we know our full-size luxury sport utility offers the room and towing capacity our clients want, it's great to have such a reputable third party attest to the QX80's overall long-lasting quality and low ownership costs."

INFINITI VC-Turbo - Wards 10 Best Engines and Propulsion Systems
INFINITI engineers are known for pushing the limits of performance through innovative engine design. The latest example of groundbreaking technology pioneered exclusively for INFINITI is the remarkable VC-Turbo engine. As the world’s first production-ready variable compression ratio engine, the VC-Turbo engine made its debut on the QX50. Its unique ability to adjust its compression ratio allows you to experience optimized power and exceptional fuel efficiency.
For the second consecutive year, the VC-Turbo was recognized on the Wards 10 Best Engines and Propulsion Systems list. "When developing the VC-Turbo engine, we wanted to create a powertrain that had the power and performance of a far larger engine while still retaining the favorable fuel consumption of a turbocharged four-cylinder," said Jeff Pope, group vice president, INFINITI Americas. "This engine's ability to continuously adjust its compression based on driver's input allows it to provide peak performance in any given situation, making it an ideal engine for a variety of vehicles and applications."
